The founder's story

A table
worth finding.

Created from a love of outdoor cooking, old landscapes, storytelling, and evenings that refuse to be rushed.

The idea began
with a feeling.

I have always been drawn to experiences that carry a sense of place and story—the glow of a fire in the woods, food prepared slowly over embers, and evenings when conversation continues long after the plates have been cleared. I wanted to create more opportunities for moments like those.

Rather than opening another conventional dining room, I imagined one long table in a secluded setting. Ten guests would gather for a menu shaped by the season, much of it prepared over an open fire. The evening would unfold at an unhurried pace, allowing guests to notice the food, their surroundings, and one another.

The hidden location adds anticipation, but secrecy is not the real purpose. Keeping the table private protects the intimacy of the setting and allows every supper to feel personal. Guests know what they need to know before reserving; the final address is simply saved for those who will share the evening.

My interests in cooking, photography, storytelling, history, and hospitality all come together here. Each supper is designed as more than a menu. It is a small story told through fire, ingredients, light, landscape, and the people gathered around the table.

Why ten seats?

Small enough for
every guest to matter.

Ten is large enough to introduce new voices and spark unexpected conversations, yet small enough for every person to be noticed. Returning guests can feel remembered, while first-time guests never feel like outsiders.

01

Place first

The landscape sets the mood and helps write the menu.

02

Fire always

Wood, smoke, embers, and patient cooking anchor every supper.

03

People matter

A single small table creates room for real conversation.

The hope

I hope guests remember the path to the table, the glow of the fire, the people they met, and the rare pleasure of slowing down together.

For one evening, one table belongs to ten people.

And it is worth finding.
